Elegant through its simplicity, with a distinctive style and a quirky layout that deploys in a crescent on the ground floor consisting of a spacious living area, that continues with an equally spacious dining room on a lower level, from where we are led up to the kitchen and the main bathroom as we go back to the previous level.
Both the kitchen and living room have access to the terrace. Right across the kitchen, as we step out on the terrace, we find one adjacent bedroom with a double bed that used to be grandma's kitchen back in the old times!
On the upper floor that is accessible via the internal but also via the external staircase, lay three more bedrooms, two of them share a small balcony with views on the alley, and the surrounding hills.
Built as a family house 130 years ago, renovated in 2008 under the main concept of keeping most of its original material, and adjusting all new additions in a way that they matched with the already existing style.
